A beautifully made, decorative Venetian mirror, circa 1920s.
The rectangular shape has outset corners, in the Italian style, and the outer frame of the mirror is decorated with the “bubble” design and secured at each join with a delicate glass leaf. The inner frame is decorated with ovals.
At each corner there is a curled etched design of flowers and leaves and the bevelled, oval, central glass is in very good condition.
The mirror is completed with a delicate, open cartouche of acanthus leaves. A charming mirror in very good condition with just a very little age in the frame
